This scheme enables parents London-wide to try real nappies and receive money off their nappy purchase. If you have a child under the age of 18 months, and live in one of the participating boroughs, you can claim an information pack and voucher. Click here to find out if your borough is participating in the scheme. If your borough is not participating, please get in touch with them and ask them why!
Your voucher can be redeemed at Green Mums within 6 months of you receiving it.
To redeem your voucher with us:
Place your order online. Select the option to pay by cheque. At checkout you will be asked to print out 2 copies of your order confirmation. Please note, you have not been asked to enter the details of your voucher so the order value will not take into account your voucher. Send us one copy of this order confirmation, your voucher – along with your ID (see below). Please attach a cheque for any outstanding balance, once the amount of your voucher has been deducted from your order. It would also help if you could please send us an email telling us that you have a voucher and quoting your Green Mums order number. Please send this email to sales@greenmums.co.uk
OR: Place your order by phone on 01752 661835. We can then arrange to send you a paypal request for payment of the outstanding amount. Please note you do not need a paypal account to pay in this way, you simply need a credit or debit card.
Please note that we cannot despatch your goods until the voucher (and your ID) have been received by us. Please do not ask us to ship your order before we receive them.
Terms and conditions
The voucher may only be used to purchase nappies and nappy related items. They may not be used to purchase items from any category other than cloth nappies.
There is no cash alternative to the voucher and no change can be given. If your order is for less than the value of your voucher you will lose any remaining balance.
Items can be exchanged for alternative products if the ones that you purchase are unsuitable (they will need to fulfill our normal returns criteria). We are unable to issue any refunds for goods purchased using a voucher.
Vouchers are redeemable only by the applicant identified on the voucher and orders can only be sent to the name and address of the person who the voucher was issued to.
After placing your order you must send us your order conirmation, voucher and ID. Acceptable forms of ID include copy of driving licence, council tax bill or similar.
All orders will be sent with an itemised receipt showing your purchases.
